Before getting her big break playing prepster-turned-designer "Little J" on GG, doll-faced Momsen wooed audiences as Cindy Lou Who in 2000's How the Grinch Stole Christmas. In the midst of her adolescence, Momsen nabbed her star-making role on the CW guilty pleasure, where, with cast mates Chace Crawford, Blake Lively and Leighton Meester, she scored a spot on PEOPLE's Most Beautiful List.
